How to Prepare for Your First Past Life Regression Session
Â
A guide to support your subconscious journey
You’ve said yes to exploring the deeper dimensions of your consciousness—and that alone is a powerful step.
To help you feel grounded and ready for your session, here are a few simple ways to prepare, along with some key things to keep in mind.

Â
🌿 Before Your SessionÂ
1. Set an Intention
Your subconscious responds beautifully to clarity and curiosity. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for, but it helps to reflect ahead of time:Â
💎 Are there patterns, blocks, or questions you’re carrying?
đź’Ž Is there a recurring relationship dynamic or emotional theme in your life?
đź’Ž Do you feel drawn to a particular place, time, or type of experience?Â
💎 Even a general intention like “I’m open to whatever I most need to see” is enough.
Â
Â
2. Bring Questions (Optional)
You may write down questions you’d like insight into, such as:
đź’Ž Why do I struggle with _____?
đź’Ž What is the root of this fear or health issue?
đź’Ž Why am I drawn to this person/place/pattern?
đź’Ž What am I here to learn or remember?Â
These aren’t required, but they can help focus your subconscious journey.
Â
Â
3. Mind and Body Preparation
Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours beforehand.
Avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours before your session. Caffeine can make it harder to relax deeply.
Eat a light meal before your session so you’re comfortable, not hungry or too full.
Get good sleep the night before, if possible. A rested mind is more open and relaxed.
 Â
4. Give Yourself Space
Plan some quiet time before and after the session. Don’t rush back into work or errands. The space around the session is part of the integration. Journaling, walking, or resting afterward can help insights land more deeply.
Â
🌀 During the Session
You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state (similar to meditation). Your conscious mind will soften, allowing your subconscious to bring forward memories, symbols, emotions, or imagery. Sometimes this is vivid and visual; other times, it’s more felt or known.
No need to “try” or “force” anything—simply allow. Trust your experience, even if it feels like imagination. The subconscious speaks in symbols, metaphors, and emotion. What arises is coming from you, and has meaning.
Â
Â
✨ After Your Session
Rest, hydrate, and write down what you remember. More insight may arise in the hours or days to come.
Be gentle with yourself—your system may still be processing on a subtle level.
Some clients feel light and expanded; others may feel emotional or reflective. All responses are normal.

Â
đź’¬ Frequently Asked Questions
Â
Will I be in control?Â
Yes. You’re always aware and in control. You can speak, move, or pause the session at any time.
Â
What if I don’t see anything?
That’s okay. Some people feel emotions or just “know” what’s happening. Trust the way your subconscious communicates—it’s different for everyone.
Â
What if I make it up?
Your imagination is part of the process. It’s the language your subconscious often uses to reveal truths and healing. What matters is the meaning behind what arises, not whether it feels “real” in a logical sense.
Â
What if it gets emotional?
You’re fully supported. If emotion arises, we’ll move through it gently and safely. You’re never alone in the process.
